Returns & Exchanges

Due to the medical nature of contact lenses, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened boxes in a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
